This opportunity is designed for a driven professional ready to take ownership of the full customer lifecycle, from identifying client needs to sourcing solutions and ensuring successful delivery. The position offers a unique combination of account management, procurement, and business development within a global setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full customer experience from initial engagement through order fulfillment and delivery.
- Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions by sourcing appropriate vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and partners.
- Oversee supply chain coordination to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships across international markets.
- Track and manage multiple accounts simultaneously with a focus on outcomes and performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand account portfolios.
- Resolve complex issues related to logistics, procurement, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with international partners, including non-native English speakers.
- Travel internationally as needed to support business operations and relationship development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, logistics, trading, or supply chain management.
- Experience with international business operations, including logistics or procurement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
- Ability to perform basic financial calculations, including currency conversions and unit measurements.
- Experience negotiating pricing and managing vendor relationships.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to one week per year.
- Familiarity with global markets, including Mexico, Asia, or Europe.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a low-structure environment.
