Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Account Manager for a large and well-established international client. This opportunity is designed for a driven professional ready to take ownership of the full customer lifecycle, from identifying client needs to sourcing solutions and ensuring successful delivery. The position offers a unique combination of account management, procurement, and business development within a global setting.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full customer experience from initial engagement through order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions by sourcing appropriate vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and partners.
  • Oversee supply chain coordination to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships across international markets.
  • Track and manage multiple accounts simultaneously with a focus on outcomes and performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand account portfolios.
  • Resolve complex issues related to logistics, procurement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with international partners, including non-native English speakers.
  • Travel internationally as needed to support business operations and relationship development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, logistics, trading, or supply chain management.
  • Experience with international business operations, including logistics or procurement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
  • Ability to perform basic financial calculations, including currency conversions and unit measurements.
  • Experience negotiating pricing and managing vendor relationships.
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to one week per year.
  • Familiarity with global markets, including Mexico, Asia, or Europe.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a low-structure environment.
