Candidate Account Manager/Business Development (High-Performance Role)

We’re looking for a relentless, people-driven Business Developers who thrives on the hunt—someone who knows how to find, engage, and attract top-tier K-12 School Clients ahead of the competition.


What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively source and identify high-quality clients using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and creative search strategies
  • Build strong pipelines of clients for current and future needs
  • Engage clients through visits, calls, emails, and messaging with a high level of professionalism and persistence
  • Qualify clients quickly and effectively to ensure alignment with candidate availability
  • Maintain detailed notes, track activity, and follow up consistently—nothing falls through the cracks
  • Partner with recruiters and leadership to understand client needs and deliver results quickly
  • Continuously find new and better ways to source clients and stay ahead of the market

  • A true self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
  • Strong sense of urgency—you move fast and get things done
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Comfortable making calls and engaging new clients daily
