We are currently seeking an experienced Hunter Sales Representative to help continue delivering exceptional service to our client’s growing customer base. If you have at least three years of direct sales experience in MRO, hospitality, multi-family housing, or renovations, we want to hear from you!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Prospecting, Cold Calling, Pursuing / Opening New Accounts
  • Building / Maintaining Relationships with Key Stakeholders & Decision Makers
  • Contacting current customers and identifying new services.
  • Maintaining knowledge based on current products and learning about new products.
  • Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes.
  • Offering technical expertise on products to purchasers when applicable.
  • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service.
  • Working closely with company’s Sales / Service Teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Other duties as required.

You will prove yourself to be an asset by processing the following skills necessary to succeed:
 
  • Exceptional customer service skills required.
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships and generate referrals from your customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiar with Service Titan.

Qualifications and Skills:
 
  • 5 years of outside sales experience.
  • 3 years minimum selling to Hospitality, Multi-Family, Hospitals, Renovation, Buildings
  • Superintendents, Facility Engineers.
  • Strong attention to details and follow-up calls.
  • Daily reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude.
  • Travel Requirements
  • Travel will be required within the Orange County area.
  • Monthly auto allowance and fuel card provided.


Compensation and Benefits:
 
  • Range: $75,000 – $95,000 + commission (Unlimited – No Cap on Commission).
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Group and Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability benefits.
  • 401K plan.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.

Compliance Requirements:
 
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
  • Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is company’s baseline standard
