We’re currently looking to grow our team of Account Managers!

ABOUT THE POSITION

This highly motivated individual is responsible for all customer account management activities and will be ‘the face’ of the company to customers.

$20 - $25 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 - 10 years Project Management Experience 
  • High School/GED/Associates Degree
  • Excellent Verbal/Written Communication;
  • High Attention to Detail

PREFERRED

  • Manufacturing Experience Preferred
  • Customer Service Experience Preferred

JOB FUNCTIONS

1.     Manage employer’s customer relationships while providing excellent/exceptional service.

2.     Lead and manage internal team, along with handling problem-solving issues as they arise to motivate/enable their success. 

3.     Prepare reports for key Account Metrics and forecast future sales/growth.

4.     Responsible for managing several accounts at the same time

5.     Monitor job progress and maintain production timeliness for every order.

6.     Maintaining an excellent attitude in a fast-paced work environment

7.     Provide suggestions for improvement and market research to Senior Staff.

8.     Communicate with the Sales Team to both identify and grow opportunities within different markets.

9.     Using existing industry contacts, build new business relationships.
