My financially sound and thriving client is seeking Account Managers to join their INTERNAL sales team. In this position, you will manage a portfolio of established key accounts within a specified territory, nurturing and maintaining robust relationships with clients. As the main point of contact for customers, you will understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to assist them in achieving their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

· Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, serving as the central point of contact for all customer-related inquiries

· Consistently enhance sales performance within the assigned territory

· Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, gaining insights into their goals and proactively seeking opportunities for expansion

· Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects and the delivery of products/services

· Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to update them on account performance, status, and future initiatives

· Identify and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally

· Collaborate with your Sales Manager to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

      Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and experience

·        Ability to travel to your territory a minimum of 5 days quarterly, with the possibility of an occasional trade show during the year

·        Proven experience in Account Management or sales within the healthcare sector,

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

·        Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
