We are seeking a Licensed 440 or 220 Insurance Sales Agent to join our team! Our ideal candidate will be responsible for existing Personal Lines Customers. Also, responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. The goal is to build strong positive relationships and ensure continued growth of our Independent Insurance Agency.
Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
- Building positive relationships with new and affiliated insurance companies
- Processing Policy renewals, endorsements, and payments with various insurance carriers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Insurance Sales Agent/Representative; customer service, or other related fields
- Proficient in English & Spanish (PREFERRED but not required).
- Licensed 220 or 440 Insurance Licensed (REQUIRED).
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask; fast paced and works well under pressure.
- Ability to be a self-starter/self-motivated worker.
Company/Job Overview:
