We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales Department. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing and growing relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities.
The position will be full time and based in Douala, Cameroon.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline, and account status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FinTech industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
