About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Elmira, NY area. If you are passionate about building relationships, driving revenue growth, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!



Responsibilities:



  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory (Elmira, NY and surrounding areas)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree- preferred
  • 2 years sales experience- preferred


Required Skills:



  • Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or related industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Knowledge of the Elmira, NY market and network is a plus
