We are looking to bring on an Account Manager to our team located in Fairfield, New Jersey. The Account Manager will be primarily focused on inside sales of luxury materials, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication with customers and vendors. This role is based in a luxury showroom setting and involves no cold calling, but rather checking in with previous clients to see what other projects they have.


Responsibilities


• Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain a proactive approach in communication with customers and vendors

• Follow up with previous clients to identify potential new projects

• Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, whether homeowners remodeling or designers doing commercial work

• Foster a competitive spirit and adopt a go-getter mentality to meet sales targets

• Represent the company in a showroom setting, providing information and assistance to visitors

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet common goals

• Leverage your knowledge in construction to better assist clients and make sales

• Keep up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions


• Proven experience in Account Management, demonstrating the ability to manage and grow key accounts.

• Strong understanding and practical experience in Direct Sales and Inside Sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.

• Proficient in managing a Showroom, showcasing excellent organizational and customer service skills.

• Experience in the Construction industry, demonstrating an understanding of the market and its challenges.

• Ability to drive sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in account management processes.
