Maintain accurate and timely account recordsServe as primary customer contact for assigned sales/account base. Promote and demonstrate productive and positive customer relationships by ensuring friendly, professional, knowledgeable and responsive customer support (lead by example)Engage in ongoing product and process training as those opportunities become availableEngage in activities to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved, while maintaining company objectives for successBuild relationships and increase Company visibility through participation in company-sponsored activities, trade shows, and other similar activities where applicableResponsible for coordinating their own schedules, travel and budgetPerform additional duties that may be assigned as necessitated by business demandsMinimum QualificationsAssociates Degree in Business or 2+ years of equivalent work experiencePassion for the hospitality industryAptitude for TechnologyEntrepreneurial driveProblem solving and critical thinking is a must.Excellent verbal & written communication skillsEnergetic, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure while maintaining positive behaviorAbility to work independently or with others in a team environmentDetail oriented, time and resource management skills, organizational and follow-through skillsComputer and software proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, CRM), valid driver's licenseCandidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet all listed requirements.
