Customer Service Representative - Account Manger

Location: Gillette or Casper WY

Compensation: $19.23 - $21.00 Hourly

Our Opportunity:

In 1994, three visionaries turned a Bulletin Board Service with six modems and a 56k connection to the internet into a regional broadband powerhouse. Becoming a premier internet provider in the Rocky Mountain Region didn't come easy. It takes being as tough as the terrain. With a focus on rural service, Visionary has found a niche untapped by larger service organizations. In fact, this focus often means Visionary offers the service with the customer in mind and financial benefit as a distant second.

Visionary Broadband seeks a qualified individual to fill the role of Account Manager. This full-time position will join the team at Visionary Broadband, one of the top internet service providers in the Rocky Mountain region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves existing customers with account changes, move of services, upgrades payments, etc.
  • Focus on building personal relationships with customers to help with customer retention
  • This position will work in a separate phone queue exclusively for existing customers
  • Prioritized goals to include upgrades/upsells and add on services which include VoIP sales and managed router sales
  • This position will make outbound calls to our current customers to sell upgrades and add on services to generate additional revenue.

Qualifications:

  • A qualified candidate must possess the following skills, or have equivalent experience and/or qualifications:
  • Prior sales/upselling experience preferred
  • Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
  • Must have computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must be available to work outside of the normal 8-5 working schedule 1-2 times per month for department meetings.
