Key Responsibilities:
Account Holder Support:
- Serve as the go-to expert for inbound account holder inquiries via call center and shared mailbox.
- Resolve questions and issues efficiently, acting as an advocate for account holders while navigating sensitive or urgent topics.
- Interpret policies, regulations, and procedures, providing clear guidance through direct conversations or written communication.
Problem Resolution:
- Collaborate across departments to resolve concerns and deliver solutions for account holders.
- Escalate critical feedback to management when necessary to enhance processes and satisfaction.
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain a seamless workflow by ensuring mail, documentation, and work-in-process issues are handled promptly and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure all communications are meticulously documented in the client management system.
