Title: HSA / TPA Account Manager

Type: Contract

Location: Green Bay, WI

Key Responsibilities:

Account Holder Support:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for inbound account holder inquiries via call center and shared mailbox.
  • Resolve questions and issues efficiently, acting as an advocate for account holders while navigating sensitive or urgent topics.
  • Interpret policies, regulations, and procedures, providing clear guidance through direct conversations or written communication.

Problem Resolution:

  • Collaborate across departments to resolve concerns and deliver solutions for account holders.
  • Escalate critical feedback to management when necessary to enhance processes and satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain a seamless workflow by ensuring mail, documentation, and work-in-process issues are handled promptly and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure all communications are meticulously documented in the client management system.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to interpret and convey complex information with clarity.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and maintain efficiency.
