We are working with a growing tech consulting firm who is seeking a full time Account Manager to help drive growth across a portfolio of major enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of client partnership, delivery oversight, and business expansion, supporting customers in sectors such as retail, technology, and financial services.

The ideal candidate understands how modern engineering organizations operate and can translate that knowledge into strong client relationships and successful delivery outcomes. You’ll be responsible for the overall health, profitability, and strategic direction of assigned accounts while partnering closely with internal technical and delivery teams.

Only local candidates will be considered. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow long-term relationships with large, complex client accounts, including full P&L responsibility.
  • Partner with engineering, delivery, and sales leaders to ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with client expectations.
  • Build and maintain delivery processes that support consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets across assigned accounts.
  • Strengthen client satisfaction through proactive communication, partnership-building, and issue resolution.
  • Develop new opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client needs and uncovering areas where the company can add value.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Contribute to building high-performing delivery teams by helping identify and develop onshore talent.
  • Track account health, delivery progress, and key metrics; report insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with PMO and corporate teams on initiatives that improve delivery efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
  • Participate in cross-functional strategic projects that support company-wide goals.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in the technology or software engineering space, including at least 5 years in account management, client services, or business development.
  • Experience leading or supporting globally distributed technical delivery teams.
  • A history of building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (including VP-level and above).
  • Proven experience developing proposals, shaping solutions, and presenting to executive audiences.
  • Working knowledge of contemporary engineering and architecture practices (e.g., cloud platforms, microservices, CI/CD, Agile delivery).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

What we Offer:

  • Competitive compensation depending on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K)
