Position: Account Manager Our client, an industry leader in HVAC, building automation, retrofit, energy efficiency, chiller, solar, refrigeration, and boiler services, is seeking to hire an Account Manager. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability income, 401(k) Savings Plans, Roth Retirement Savings Plan, Deferred Compensation, and employee assistance and wellness programs. Employees will also receive a generous amount of vacation and sick time, as well as paid company holidays. The Account Manager's main responsibility is to build and maintain client relationships within a selected vertical market, with a focus on developing retrofit and energy-maximizing accounts in the building system arena. The successful candidate will start by selling lighter projects and maintenance agreements, gradually working towards larger projects. Responsibilities: Build and maintain client relationships within a selected vertical market Develop retrofit and energy-maximizing accounts in the building system arena Sell maintenance agreements and projects Analyze needs and system status Create proposals and present pricing and payment schedules Ensure customer satisfaction and receivables follow-through Stay up-to-date with industry developments Participate in trade shows Seek out new markets and customers Qualifications: Demonstrated sales success in related building system or energy arena Relevant technical background Track record of account creation and retention Excellent presentation skills Initiative Professional communication and presentation skills Financial and math acumen for cost modeling Competitive and articulate We encourage all qualified individuals to apply.
