The Account Manager is responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting client consultations, and providing tailored solutions for commercial relocation and logistics needs. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining existing accounts while achieving sales and revenue goals. The position requires a proactive sales approach and strong relationship management skills. Responsibilities Work with sales leadership to develop and implement an annual business and sales plan with clear goals and objectives. Establish revenue targets and identify key markets and potential accounts to pursue. Plan and execute prospecting activities, including phone outreach and face-to-face meetings with potential clients. Identify, qualify, and secure new commercial business opportunities related to office and industrial relocation and transportation services. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective accounts within targeted markets and office locations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales strategies using CRM systems. Focus on acquiring new business while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Provide consultative solutions tailored to client operational and relocation needs. Attend meetings, industry seminars, and networking events as required. Represent the organization professionally when interacting with customers, partners, and the public. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, improve sales strategies, and continuously enhance the selling process.
