We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives on building and strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive long-term business success. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and growing client partnerships, both existing and emerging, and ensuring a seamless experience from first conversation through ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
- Partner closely with the sales team to support client growth, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships
- Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand evolving needs and share relevant solutions
- Help nurture early-stage relationships with potential clients through thoughtful outreach and strategic follow-up
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Monitor account performance and client feedback to uncover upsell or expansion opportunities
- Coordinate onboarding, product education, and business reviews to ensure client success
- Contribute to client presentations, sales support materials, and tailored communication plans
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and ensure all client touchpoints are tracked and aligned
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales support
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive approach to engaging with clients and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations
- Experience working with CRM tools a plus
