A busy company in the Parsippany area is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. This Account Manager will get the chance to join an excellent organization that is growing and offers excellent career advancement, the ability to work a hybrid schedule, and flexible working hours. The ideal Account Manager will have 5+ years experience in account management including both inside and some outside sales, and have experience with Amazon and/or the e-commerce market. This Account Manager will walk into a preexisting book of business where they will need to maintain relationships while continuing to further growth the business and clientele. This Account Manager must possess the ability to effectively communicate and develop strategies that will lead to achieving business objectives. Responsibilities of this Account Manager will include but not be limited to:


Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads and proactively follow up with warm prospects to secure sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients by delivering excellent communication and customer service.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products, including pricing and availability, to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations through webinars, video calls, or in-person presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and leadership to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive customer records using the company's CRM system to ensure effective tracking and reporting.

This Account Manager role is paying between $80,000 and $100,000 base pay annually depending on experience. There will be commission in addition to the base too. If interested in this Account Manager position apply today!

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and analyze customer data.
  • Any prior experience with Amazon and/or ecommerce marketplace is a plus.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales objectives.
