Account Manager For Bangor Naval BaseOSG is looking for an experienced account manager to lead our team of escorts at the Bangor Naval Base! We need a dedicated individual with great communication skills, excellent customer service, and strong leadership qualities. An ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to lead a team of about 35 officers. Secret or top-secret clearance is required.This position will require regular communication between the clients and OSG's Operations team. Excellent customer service is a must! Another core element of this role will be training new security officers assigned to this jobsite. The supervisor should be a subject matter expert on every aspect of security for the client's property.Some of the primary responsibilities include:Answering phone calls and messages from the clients and officers, identifying call outs or no shows, dispatching for shift coverage, and adjusting the schedule.Auditing security officers' patrols, reports, conducting site inventory, etc. to ensure compliance and schedule follow ups to ensure resolution of any issues.Conducting security officer training and issuing disciplinary/corrective action as needed while maintaining comprehensive notes on employee job performance and attendance.Implementing, configuring, and maintaining site equipment including but not limited to lock boxes, cell phones, TrackTik scan points, geo-fence, temporary post orders, etc...Coordinating with the Operations team to ensure a swift response to client concerns/instructions.This is not a comprehensive list of duties.
