We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for:Developing and executing the territory and account sales plan, with autonomy to determine the best way to achieve and exceed the revenue targetsManaging and growing existing accounts across a variety of industries, while also looking to find new accounts to add to our portfolioEngaging with strategic customers and prospects to understand their technical needs, build/strengthen relationships with key customers, and drive revenue growth by positioning Keysight’s hardware, software, and integrated solutionsParticipating in the process of delivering creative solutions for our customers by engaging with our internal technical teams like R&D, application and solution engineers, etc.Qualifications Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.Strong sales OR technical experience in electronic measurement and testing systems (e.g., RF, digital, photonics).Knowledge and/or hands-on experience of instruments such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and oscilloscopes.Familiarity with radar, EW systems, telecommunications, digital, and automotive applications.Experience using Salesforce CRM and account management methodologies.Fluency in English.Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
