ACCOUNT MANAGER

Compensation: $60,000 Base

A growing facilities services provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead service delivery and client satisfaction across a large school district account. This is a highly visible role responsible for operational performance, team leadership, and maintaining strong relationships with district stakeholders.

This position requires a hands-on leader who understands janitorial operations, KPIs, staffing, quality control, and large-scale facilities environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and ensure overall contract performance

• Lead and develop multiple Zone / Operations Managers and frontline teams

• Drive service quality, compliance, and safety standards across multiple sites

• Manage staffing strategy, scheduling effectiveness, and labor optimization

• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational reporting to ensure targets are met

• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews

• Partner with senior leadership to identify process improvements and cost efficiencies

Qualifications

• Facilities management or commercial cleaning operations leadership experience

• Experience managing multi-site service delivery environments

• Strong client-facing leadership and communication skills

• Proven ability to lead supervisors or operations managers
• Experience in education environments is a plus
