We are a well-established concrete and masonry company seeking a professional and efficient Account Payable Specialist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is experienced, organized, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities include:

· Managing and processing accounts payable

· Verifying invoices and maintaining accurate records

· Reconciling statements and resolving payment issues

· Communicating with vendors and internal teams

· Supporting the accounting department as needed

· Manage and oversee daily administrative operations

Requirements:

· Proven experience in accounts payable (construction industry experience is a plus)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

· Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
