Nex-Tech is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Representative to help businesses succeed through innovative technology solutions. In this role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, engage in consultative selling, and manage high-value accounts while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers to achieve sales targets
Engage in consultative selling to identify customer needs and recommend tailored technology solutions
Manage larger, more complex accounts while coordinating with internal teams
Collaborate with customers and project managers to develop accurate, detailed proposals
Provide timely follow-up after project completion to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
Maintain regular reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and progress toward goals
Work closely with sales support and leadership to improve processes and drive success
What You Bring:
Knowledge of basic business, economic, and pricing principles
Proven ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and exceed sales goals
Experience in marketing planning, sales execution, and relationship management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Demonstrated success using a solution-selling approach
Ability to maintain a valid Kansas driver’s license
Education & Experience:
Associate’s degree in Marketing, Computer Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of four years professional experience in the interconnect business
