Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
- Follow up regularly with assigned clients to ensure client satisfaction via phone calls, emails, and site visits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
- Educate clients about products and services, ensuring they understand benefits and features
- Help oversee the installation process for new clients
- Maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align with client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Assertiveness and confidence
- Goal Driven with ability to work under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel
- High School Diploma/ GED equivalent
