Our hours are Monday – Friday because we understand the importance of having your weekends free for family and friends! If you can bring exceptional member service skills, strong attention to detail, a professional demeanor, ability to resolve member problems, and provide extreme customer service, we want you on our team! As an Account Service Representative, your duties will include fulfilling member transaction needs, assisting with member questions, and offering convenient services and products to better serve our members.
