Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth global operations? Join our team as an Account Specialist, where you'll play a key role in coordinating international shipments and supporting clients with precision and care.

What You'll Do
  • Communicate with global agents to select carriers and determine optimal routing for shipments.
  • Calculate volume, weight, and dimensions using both metric and imperial systems.
  • Prepare accurate shipping cost quotations and create billing for approval.
  • Provide outstanding customer service via email and phone, handling inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Monitor shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update client SOP requirements.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar or related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and dangerous goods handling.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for customer service.
Education
  • High school diploma required; industry certifications are a plus.
