Position OverviewAs an Account Specialist, you’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative, and upbeat team supporting customers in the transportation space. You’ll serve as a key point of contact and customer advocate — guiding clients through the day-to-day nuances of transportation, resolving issues as they arise, and building strong, trust-based relationships.This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and operations, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team that values energy, teamwork, and growth.What You’ll DoWork a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (10:30 am - 7:00 pm shift)Communicate daily with both internal teams and external customersManage a high volume of phone and CRM-based interactionsSupport customers by explaining services, fees, and transportation optionsProactively troubleshoot service disruptions and resolve issues efficientlyIdentify and act on opportunities that positively impact customer outcomesMaintain a strong focus on delivering positive, supportive customer experiencesBuild strong working relationships with customer contacts, including decision-makersCollaborate closely with sales, account management, and support teams to solve problems and support customer growthWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience working directly with customers (any industry)Strong verbal and written communication skillsA solutions-oriented, customer-first mindsetAbility to work well in a team-based, high-energy environmentOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable adapting in a fast-changing, operational settingEagerness to learn, grow, and take coaching feedbackA positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvementEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, not required
