We are currently seeking an experienced Account Specialist to serve as a strategic point of contact for key customer accounts. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in account management, customer success, and sales support who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned customer accounts, acting as a trusted partner and escalation point
- Manage the full order lifecycle from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and proactive communication
- Build and strengthen long-term customer partnerships through high-touch service and solution-oriented account support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, production, quality, and logistics teams to anticipate challenges and drive resolutions
- Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and customer forecasts to ensure product availability and alignment with demand
- Prepare order confirmations, shipping documentation, performance reports, and account updates
- Support pricing, quoting, contract documentation, and ongoing account initiatives in partnership with internal sales leadership
- Analyze customer order trends, service metrics, and account activity using Excel and reporting tools to provide insights to leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational and customer experience enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales support, or account coordination (manufacturing, packaging, or distribution preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, drive issue resolution, and support revenue-focused account strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-facing presence
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset
