Accountant / Bookkeeper Apply
Job Description
We are a growing small business seeking an experienced Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper with the potential to transition into a full-time role. This is an on-site position with scheduled office hours and reports directly to our Full-Time Accountant.
This role supports daily bookkeeping functions while also assisting with light office and HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
*Reconcile credit card accounts
*Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
*Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
*Assist with scheduling and general office support
*Support basic HR functions, including onboarding paperwork, and maintaining employee records
Qualifications:
*Prior experience as an accountant or bookkeeper
*QuickBooks Online experience required
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
*Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work collaboratively and follow established processes
*Professional handling of confidential information
