• Perform general cost accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain the general ledger with precise coding and documentation.
• Process invoices and manage bank reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring all financial data is complete and compliant.
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including tracking payments and resolving discrepancies.
• Provide necessary documentation and support for audit preparations and compliance checks.
• Record journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations using accounting software systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting tasks to enhance data accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize accounting functions and streamline workflows.• Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools.
• Strong knowledge of core accounting functions, including AP and AR processes.
