Accounting (80%)

  • Process and manage accounts payable across multiple entities
  • Monitor purchase orders and tower construction
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for each business
  • Perform bank, credit card, and investment reconciliations, including intercompany accounts
  • Maintain general ledgers and support month-end/year-end close
  • Track and reconcile investment activity and balances
  • Assist with cash flow monitoring and internal reporting

Office Administration (20%)

  • Open, sort, and distribute mail daily; route items appropriately
  • Maintain and reorder office supplies and inventory
  • Handle document mailing, filing (digital and physical), scanning, and printing
  • Support general office functions, including logistics and coordination
  • Assist the accounting and leadership teams with ad hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with multi-entity exposure
  • Strong experience with investment reconciliations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-starter and can work independently
