Fieldy's Heavy Equipment Services – Bellevue WA Join Fieldy's Heavy Equipment Services' finance team as a full‑time Accountant based in Bellevue 3 day work week , WA. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality accounting and reporting support to the company's operations, ensuring financial compliance and delivering insightful financial analysis to drive strategic decision making. What you’ll be doing Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements Reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger to ensure financial data integrity Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to provide management with valuable financial insights Support the month‑end and year‑end close processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyse financial data Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems Provide ad‑hoc financial reporting and analysis as required What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 3‑5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally in a similar industry Strong technical accounting skills with a solid understanding of GAAP principles Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with an eye for detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team What we offer At Fieldy's Heavy Equipment Services, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
