Job Title Accountant Job Description Overview Join a dynamic team as an Accountant focused on Fixed Asset Clean Up, Sales Tax Refund Documentation, Account Reconciliation, and Month-end support. Responsibilities Conduct fixed asset clean‑up to ensure accurate asset records. Prepare and document sales tax refund requests. Reconcile accounts to maintain financial accuracy. Perform journal entries and support month‑end closing activities. Essential Skills Proficiency in month‑end closing processes. Experience with journal entries and general ledger accounting. Strong reconciliation skills. Knowledge of sales tax processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate's degree with 5 years of operational accounting experience or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least an accounting internship. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. Work Environment This role is based in a clean, modern office with over 1000 employees nationwide. The organization, boasting over $500M in revenue, is implementing a new ERP system, Acumatica. The position is within the GL Accounting team, providing support for an accountant aligned with the ERP project.
