Dexian is assisting a plastics manufacturing client in the Crouse, NC area. This position will report to the Finance Director. Key Responsibilities Perform financial analysis including P&L, cash flow, and cost accounting Manage product costing, margin analysis, and pricing support Oversee cost center accounting, ERP rate calculations, and variance analysis Conduct inventory valuations, variance reviews, and support physical counts Analyze sales trends, market data, and pricing opportunities Develop and automate advanced Excel-based reports and financial models Prepare management reporting, forecasts, and support annual budgeting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control Qualifications 2-3 years of Accounting/Finance experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
