Jefferson Wells is looking to network with Accounting Professionals who are available for contract/consulting jobs. Most of these projects are remote, some hybrid and local to the metro Philadelphia market.W2 hourly based on experience and client requirements: $50 - $85 hr**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:**+ Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close+ Organize and update financial records as needed.+ Analyze transactions and prepare reports.+ Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.+ Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins.+ Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable.+ Participate in budgeting processes.+ Brief senior managers regularly on the company's financial status.+ Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns.**Requirements:**+ BS degree in Accounting or Finance.+ CPA certification preferred.+ Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).+ Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (SAP and NetSuite preferred)+ Advanced MS Excel knowledge (experience with formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
