CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) Search has been retained by Brigantino Irrigation to identify an Accountant to serve their team. The accountant is responsible for overseeing administrative and financial operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial and administrative tasks efficiently. To learn more, click here: What You’ll Do Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and follow-ups on outstanding balances Process payroll and ensure accuracy in employee compensation Prepare and submit workers' compensation payments and handle claims as needed Generate and file sales tax reports in compliance with regulations Prepare and make bank deposits regularly Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records Assist with bank applications for loans, credit lines, or other financial transactions Prepare and send customer statements for outstanding balances Maintain filing systems for financial and administrative documents Process King City work orders and ensure proper documentation Track and manage employee timesheets for payroll processing Prepare 1099 forms and W-2 forms at the end of the year Update and maintain insurance policies for the business and employees Order office supplies and ensure the office is stocked with necessary materials Manage DMV registrations for company vehicles and equipment What You’ll Need Experience in office management, accounting, or bookkeeping is preferred Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, payroll software, and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information Strong communication skills and ability to interact with vendors, employees, and customers Knowledge of workers' compensation, sales tax reporting, and insurance policies is a plus Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
