Airswift is working in partnership with a manufacturing distribution company seeking an Accountant for a permanent role based in Kilgore, TX. Reporting directly to the Plant Controller, this role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and contributing to the overall financial health of the plant. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Associate’s degree acceptable with relevant experience). 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, focused team.
