Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Plant Accountant to join their team. As a Plant Accountant, you will be part of the finance department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a highly organized approach, which will align successfully with the organization. Job Title: Plant Accountant 1st Shift Location: Lincoln, NH Pay Range: Suggested Pay Rate: $95,000 What's the Job? Review production order variances and WIP aging report. Monitor plant expenses and approve plant purchase requisitions. Prepare annual plant budget and monthly plant forecast. Lead the plant's annual Physical Inventory working with the operations team. Assist Plant Manager and operations team with ad hoc analysis and routine reporting. What's Needed? 2+ years of related experience working for a manufacturing company with a fully integrated ERP system, preferably SAP. BS Degree in Finance or related field. Prior experience leading physical inventories. Advanced Excel skills. Strong ability to communicate technical accounting materials to non-accountants. What's in it for me?
