Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Finance with day‑to‑day accounting operations Manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments Handle accounts receivable, billing, and cash application Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries and financial reporting Help maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and month‑end processes Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Why This Role?
