Accountant – Construction Industry We are recruiting for an Accountant with Construction Industry experience. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting: AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations Handle month-end and year-end closings, journal entries, and accruals Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Process or oversee payroll and ensure payroll compliance Maintain account reconciliations and internal controls Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and tax filings Coordinate with external CPAs and auditors Improve and streamline accounting processes Qualifications Construction industry project accounting experience 3–5 years of accounting experience Experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper Proficiency with construction accounting software (Sage/Timberline preferred) Strong experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills Familiarity with Sage payroll systems Medical, dental, and vision insurance (family coverage available) 401(k) Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Building Construction Base pay range $75,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr #J-18808-Ljbffr
