Job Summary:

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will work closely with other departments to support financial planning and analysis, contribute to the preparation of financial reports, and assist in budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Perform general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • CPA certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
