Hourly pay is just one part of the compensation package for employees. Job Summary The Accountant is responsible for day-to-day management of financial data. Key Responsibilities include: Preparing and analyzing financial statements. Analyze financial data and perform/review account reconciliations as necessary. Assist with budgeting and financial planning for the facility. Oversee financial processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries. Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure accurate financial information. Supporting tax preparation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of experience in professional accounting or related field. Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting standards Familiarity with accounting software and programs.
