Accounting & Purchasing CoordinatorWe are seeking a detailoriented Accounting & Purchasing Coordinator to support accounting, purchasing, inventory, and operations functions in a fastpaced office environment. This role works closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate purchasing, inventory control, and accounting support.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase packaging, supplies, and operational materials based on inventory and production needsMonitor inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliationCommunicate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, orders, and shipmentsTrack receiving activity and maintain proper documentationProcess Accounts Payable invoices, match purchase orders, and reconcile vendor statementsAssist with grower accounting, settlements, and related documentationSupport monthend accounting tasks and reportingCollaborate with operations, warehouse, sales, and marketing teamsProvide general administrative and office support as neededQualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience in accounting, inventory, or administrative supportAccounts Payable and inventory experience requiredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience with accounting systems and spreadsheetsStrong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and communicate clearly with vendors and internal teamsProduce industry experience preferred but not requiredBasic understanding of import/antidumping duties a plus (training provided)BenefitsHealth, dental & vision insurancePaid time off & holidays401(k)To Apply:Submit your resume to and recblid fob6kd118ybc9ftazwhgvtq3pi23da
