JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:+ Accounts Payable and Basic Accounts Receivable Invoice processing - low volume+ Reconcile customer accounts receivables (can be trained)+ Data Entry into ERP system to support senior level accountants+ Process and apply customer & misc. payments in a timely manner.+ Prepare and mail monthly statements to customers+ Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices to facilitate payment.+ Keep accurate and timely records of follow-up with customers+ Enter the invoices in Expense Management System.+ Process the payment operation.+ Prepare and send monthly customer credit information to NACM and CRMZ+ Provide customer credit references upon request with proper documentation.+ Issue invoices to domestic and international customers for non-product goods & services.Skills & Qualifications:+ Manufacturing Experience+ Data Entry/Data Analysis Experience+ MS Dynamics 365 experience+ Any previous experience/exposure to operational accounting- JE, Reconciliations and GL+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to create professional documents and presentations.+ Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.+ Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address challenges and find solutions.+ Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.+ Self-initiative person with a desire to learn, grow and evolve your role and its effectiveness.+ Ability to work in a multitasking environment and to adjust to rapidly shifting priorities.+ Safety first mindset where requirements will be strictly followed and promoted at all times.For more information contact Morgan at (503) 403-4313 or mbullock @astoncarter.com About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
