Job Description
LHH is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support the audit and reporting functions of our client in the Oklahoma City, OK area. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership, audit operations, and data analysis within a highly visible initiative. The anticipated salary for this role is between $70,000-$75,000 a year.

Responsibilities:

· Perform audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.

· Prepare monthly and ad hoc reporting, including summaries and presentations for senior leadership.

· Review documentation for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and recommend process or policy improvements.

· Lead audit reviews focused on control effectiveness and operational efficiency.

· Collaborate with Internal Audit teams to investigate findings and resolve audit-related issues.

· Build, maintain, and query databases to support audit and reporting activities.

· Apply analytical judgment and creativity to manage complex tasks and meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

· One or more years of experience in an audit, compliance, or risk-focused role

· Two or more years of experience in an analytical or data-driven environment

· Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
