Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Prepare financial reports, statements, and forecasts

• Work with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Support audits and ensure compliance with industry standards

• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and improve operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance

• Strong experience with NetSuite (required)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Motivated, curious, and ready to learn and grow within the company

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
