Position Details Position Type: 6month contract assignment with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need Job Location: Hazlet, NJ Benefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance Compensation: $21.81-27.86 Responsibilities Processing Weekly, Biweekly, Semi-monthly and Monthly payrolls for assigned employees using ADP Workforce Now. Responsible for accurate processing of all aspects of the payroll process, including but not limited to, maintaining and processing time and attendance records; processing all payroll deductions; processing compensation changes, overtime, and shift changes; and withholding adjustments. Performing pre-processing and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks as required. Preparing and providing all required payroll and related reports needed for the month-end. Responding to payroll inquiries from employees via tickets. Responsible for review and accurate completion of periodic and year-end reporting information. Additional tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with employees and management. You possess a logical and methodical work manner accompanied by a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality. 3 years of payroll processing experience on ADP WFN. Knowledge of E-time is a plus. Understanding of payroll processing principles. Must be able to interact with various levels of management. Must work well under strict deadlines and in a high-volume environment where multitasking is essential. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excel, Word. Apply Today!
