This position is responsible for a variety of accounting, financial, and clerical duties. Performs posting or balancing, filing, calculating, and other accounting operations as assigned. Bravera is an employee and director owned company, committed to providing a competitive and rewarding compensation package.Measures of success include:Able to complete daily duties comfortably and with high efficiency.Duties and responsibilities include:Accounts Payable approverGeneral Ledger Semi-Annual Request for Department ReconcilementsDemand Deposit Marketplace balancing, setup, month-end interest accrual, ongoing maintenanceInvestment Portfolio Safekeeping principal and interest paymentsPurchase/sale transactionsMonthly bond accounting entries and reconcilementBoard reportsQuarterly Call Report preparationPledging Investments for Public Funds Daily reviewAdd new pledgesPledge agreement with public funds entitiesBoard reportInvestment Committee Prepare Agenda, Minutes and compile meeting packetDistribute Federal Reserve Bank pledged loan and available line reportAuthorized internal account signer listPerform daily bank funding settlementPerform posting, balancing, filing, calculating, and other accounting operations.Earn and maintain the respect and trust of people.
