Accounts Payable / Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Up to $23/hour
Employment Type: Temporary with potential for hire
A well-established construction company is seeking an Accounts Payable / Receptionist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of accounting support and front office responsibilities and thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment.
This role will split responsibilities approximately 50/50 between Accounts Payable and reception/front office support.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities
- Enter and code invoices into the ERP system
- Match receipts to invoices and assist with resolving missing documentation
- Support shared AP processes accounting staff
- Communicate with field employees to obtain receipts or missing information
- Assist with general AP data entry and documentation
Reception & Office Support
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service
- Manage incoming mail and general office administrative tasks
- Support internal staff and assist with miscellaneous office needs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume desk role
- Comfortable speaking with employees and vendors by phone
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous Accounts Payable or accounting support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems
Work Environment
- Fully onsite role
- Fast-paced office supporting field operations
