Responsibilities:

• External Bank Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliation of external bank accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency between bank statements and internal financial records.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Manage accounts payable processes, including verifying and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate records.
• Internal Monthly Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of internal accounts to verify financial data, identify discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Payout Sheets: Prepare and review payout sheets, ensuring all payments are accurately calculated, documented, and processed in a timely manner.
• ACH Debits: Handle ACH debits, including setting up transactions, monitoring accounts, and ensuring secure and accurate processing of electronic payments.

Qualifications:

• Background in Accounting or Finance is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
