Accounting / Billing Associate – Construction Materials SupplyLocated near BWI – On-site onlyAggtrans & The Stone Store, a growing construction and landscape materials supplier, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting / Billing Associate to support our high-volume invoicing operations. This role is focused exclusively on accurate billing—no collections or payment follow-up required.Responsibilities include generating invoices from sales orders, delivery tickets, and quarry tickets; verifying pricing, quantities, and tax application; and processing credits, change orders, and rebills. You’ll also reconcile daily and weekly reports, maintain accurate billing records, and assist with month-end close by reviewing open and unbilled orders.The ideal candidate has 2+ years of billing or invoicing experience, preferably in construction materials, building supply, or distribution. Experience with order-based invoicing systems (FACTS or similar) and strong Excel skills are important.
